2/27/17 CAT post

1) Date: February 27 
2) Meeting Time: 6:00-7:00.
3) Location: Kalkin
4) CAT Members Present: Mel Lewis, Lauren Murdock, Hannah Kearns

5) CAT Member Roles: Time Keeper (Mel),  Facilitator (Lauren),  Note Keeper (Hannah)
6) a) The most challenging tasks we have accomplished to date have been deciding on our second deliverable. 
   b) This week, we need to finish our asset report. 
   c) The most challenging element this week was determining a clear deliverable and having everyone at CCTV be on the same page about what exactly they want us to do. We are still having a bit of trouble determining what exactly we're doing.
 d) The most rewarding element this week was getting more perspectives about CCTV and getting a little closer to determining a concrete project.
 e)As a CAT we are working really well as a time and splitting work evenly between group members.
 f) Right now, our CAT needs to develop a concrete project idea and make sure CCTV is on the same page.

Monday Meeting Minutes 2/13

1) Date: February 13
2) Meeting Time: 5:45-7 p.m.
3) Location: Kalkin
4) CAT Members Present: Mel Lewis, Lauren Murdock, Hannah Kearns

5) CAT Member Roles: Time Keeper (Mel),  Facilitator (Lauren),  Note Keeper (Hannah)
6) a) The most challenging tasks we have accomplished to date have been meeting with members of CCTV and completing 3 out of 4 of our interviews.
   b) This week, we need to finish our interviews (Hannah is interviewing someone on Friday) and schedule a studio tour with Meg.
   c) The most challenging element this week was determining a clear deliverable and having everyone at CCTV be on the same page about what exactly they want us to do. We are still having a bit of trouble determining what exactly we're doing.

Monday Minutes 2/6

1) Date: February 6
2) Time: 7:30-8:30
3) Location: Kalkin
4) CAT Members Present: Lauren, Mel, Hannah

5) Roles: Hannah-Notes

           Lauren-Facilitator
6) a) We met with Meghan and talked about what she wants our deliverables to be. We also set up a meeting time next week to visit the CCTV studio and meet with their social media contact.
b) Meeting Monday at noon at CCTV, all of us will attend and meet with the social media contact.
c) The most challenging element was the fact that Meghan didn't show up to our original meeting.
d) The most rewarding element was finally being able to coordinate a time to meet and chat with Meghan about our plans.
e) We're really good at organizing ourselves and planning lots of different ideas. We communicate very well as a CAT team.
f) We need to work on figuring out more tangible deliverables.
